We will support the existing work of Mantra 4 Change, an inspirational NGO set up by Teach for India alumni. We will support their STEP project (School Transformation and Empowerment Project) and work to directly improve the quality of education within the government school system. We will do this by co-designing training workshops with Mantra and providing intensive school support.
